The above is the assigned passage for next week’s study. For a bit of commentary, check out this video/audio file from Dr. Peter Jones. It’s a bit techy, but it provides some clarity as to the depth of Paul’s argument in this chapter. Watch out for killer vocab words like “cosmology.” (No ladies, that’s not your favorite magazine.)
Also a bit of trivia - Peter Jones is a Brit who grew up going to school with John Lennon. He’s got street-cred.
And as a reminder, pray through the passage as you read it. The best teacher is the Holy Spirit who will show you how the passage affects your life. In other words, let God speak to you through the word!
